  • Submission Guidelines

    An abstract (300 words) should be submitted to the conference chair (Prof. Timothy Lee) by 20 March 2025 using the link: hotfood2025@outlook.com

    (1) If you wish to be awarded ‘best paper’ of the conference, you should submit a full paper (not exceeding 9,000 words) for review by 31 March 2025, in addition to submitting an abstract.

    (2) Around 15 to 20 selected best papers from the conference will be published in the International Journal of Tourism Research (Q1 in SSCI, impact factor 4.1) in a fast-track process by 31 May 2025.

    (3) Online participants are equally eligible to contend for best papers.
